“[Bobby Clark, Sr.] has always encouraged those around him to think positively and believe in oneself… He has been a role model, father figure, mentor, teach, counselor, provider, listening ear, and a shoulder to cry on for so many throughout his life.
He also dedicated 45 years of service as an employee of the City of Laurinburg. June 8, 2025 is hereby proclaimed as Bobby Clark, Sr. Day… Affixed the seal of the City of Laurinburg!”

Introducing the Clark Legacy Foundation, a heartfelt tribute to the enduring spirit of Bobby Clark’s parents and the values they lived by. This nonprofit was founded from a deep commitment to uplifting the community and continuing a legacy rooted in compassion, service, and resilience.
